What Are Color Enhancing Lenses?
By now, you've probably heard about Color Enhancing lenses. But what are they really. and why should you get a pair?
One of the most common questions we get asked at Fuse Lenses, on social media, in emails, and even face to face is: “Can you guys do prescription lenses?” And the short answer is: yes, we can. We’ve been in the lens game for over a decade, and prescription lenses are a big part of that story. Not only do we offer them, but we make every prescription lens custom to your unique vision needs, right here in our lab in Florida. Whether you’re new to prescription eyewear or you’re just looking for a better alternative to your current setup, we’re here to help you see sharper and keep your favorite frames going strong.
It makes sense, right? When people find out we do lens replacements, the next question is always whether we can match their exact prescription. After all, it’s one thing to swap lenses for color or clarity, but if you rely on your glasses to see, you need them to do more than just look good. Prescription lenses are a whole different ball game compared to non-Rx options. There’s a lot more customization, a bit more patience required, and a lot of behind the scenes precision. But we do it all, and we’re proud of how we do it. And honestly, we love that so many people trust us with their vision. Whether it's for daily prescription glasses, prescription sunglasses, or those specialty frames you just can't part with, we're here for it.
When we say we know prescription lenses, we mean it. Every Rx lens you order through us is made custom to your unique prescription using high quality materials, premium coatings, and modern lens cutting technology. We don’t outsource your lenses to some anonymous lab across the country (or overseas). Instead, we craft them right here in Florida. That means our team handles every detail, cutting, polishing, coating, and installing your prescription lenses. Your lenses are made specifically for your vision, your activities, and your frame of choice. And yes, because these lenses are custom made, they take a little longer to get to you than our non-prescription lens replacements. We’re not pulling something off a shelf; we’re creating something from scratch, just for you.
