Choose your favorite Fuse frame and customize it with prescription lenses made specifically for you. One-piece shield-style frames are the exception and are not currently available for prescription lenses.

If you don’t have your prescription handy, simply place your order and we’ll send you a reminder email with instructions for providing your prescription information. Your order will be ready to process once we receive the necessary prescription details.
Please note, we do require that a valid prescription be provided before we start custom creating your prescription lenses.
Simply choose a frame from our selection and provide your current prescription. We'll make and install your prescription lenses in the frame you selected.

We create prescription eyewear for a wide range of prescriptions, including higher prescriptions. Keep in mind that there are limitations or best practices when ordering lenses with higher power.

Your prescription may list your PD as a single measurement or as separate measurements for your right and left eyes.
If your prescription does not include your PD, you may be able to obtain it from your eye doctor or measure it using an appropriate method. If you need help determining which PD measurement to enter, contact Fuse Support.
Every pair of lenses in your Fuse prescription glasses are custom crafted, colored, and cut for your prescription. This process typically takes around 10-15 business days after we receive your script.
At this time, Fuse cannot accept insurance for prescription orders. However, Fuse Lenses does accept both FSA and HSA funds.
Because Fuse Lenses is an independent lens provider, we’re able to offer prescription lens options and lower cost pricing directly to customers without requiring vision insurance.

You can add an additional warranty replacement to your order for just $9.99. Adding this option gives you a total of TWO lens replacements over the lifetime of your lenses!

Warranty redemptions may only be used for a lens of the same value and for the same frame as the original purchase. If your lenses become damaged at any time during the warranty time period, simply contact customer service from our Help Center to get a fresh set of lenses.
All lens purchases include a 60-day guarantee. Within 60 days after the date of delivery, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Unfortunately, gift cards are ineligible for returns. Additionally, past 60 days we are unable to offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase..
